Do you have other rental items?

We are always expanding our rustic inventory. We have picture frames, wood mountain backdrops, whiskey and wine racks and more. If you are looking for something in particular, please ask us. We are always helping people to create that perfect look they are after!

What is your service area?

We service all of Southern Alberta, as we are located just south of Calgary. If you are looking to host your event outside of our area, just ask. We can look at the possibility of special arrangements for delivery based on availability.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Delivery is included up to a 50km radius from Calgary. Additional charges will be applied based on distance.

When do you deliver, set up, and take down?

When your agreement is received, we’ll schedule a time to discuss table placement and your preferences for set up and take down times. Since your florist and other vendors need to have the tables in place first, typically we set up those the night before or early in the morning the day of the event. So your guests can fully enjoy the day with you and all the after events, we typically schedule take down and pickup the day after, as long as scheduling allows. We can also work with you to accommodate strict time parameters set by venues. If you are looking at bench rentals only, we can set up several hours before the event and take down immediately after if you wish. If your venue allows, we can leave them overnight to be picked up the next day.

How long is the rental for?

We will deliver, set up, and take down on the days and times that we collectively agree upon. We do our best to accommodate your requests and generally can deliver and pick up in a range that is convenient for you. There are NO EXTRA FEES for multiple days (max 3 days), same day, weekends, evenings, or day of the week deliveries. We are happy to work with you and accommodate your needs.

Where are you located and can we see the rentals before our event?

We are a home based business located near Longview, Alberta. We do not have a showroom at this time, however, we are happy to accomodate your request to see the items before you decide. We are always looking to update our website with pictures in our gallery. Feel free to check back for updates. We love our clients sharing pictures with us!

How do I get a quote?

Most of our items have a price quoted, however, we are happy to provide discounts if you are renting multiple items. Go to our contact page and submit a request. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I book a rental?

When you are ready, just let us know what rentals you are interested in and we will send you an electronic version of the rental agreement and reservation requirements. We require 40% payment at booking. The final balance is due 1 week prior to the agreed upon delivery date. We know that planning and details can get exhaustive, but we’re here to help and happy to offer insight and advice.
